I mean everything is. If you think about it, if everyone woke up one day and thought, "you know, laws, ya they are dumb" and broke a ton of them, what are we gonna do about it, cause everyone did it. It's not a hidden joke, it is quite blantantly there for everyone to see, not hidden at all. What it is is a brick joke. That kind of joke is called a brick joke because before this whole conversation someone through a brick in the air supposedly, but it didn't land. Except it wasn't a real brick, it was just a, well, not a joke, but something like a joke, except without a point. So, a pointless joke, really. But the important thing is that it didn't land.
