5 Vitamins To Look Younger Instantly And FIGHT Aging.
In this video we unlock the secret to looking younger, by taking in more essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that fight aging. Although we can't stop the aging process, many people turn to fillers and cosmetic treatments to make their selves appear younger.
In this video however, I offer an alternative approach to start looking younger from the INSIDE out. This involves using anti-aging, collagen boosting foods such as blueberries, salmon and liver. I also recommend in my opinion, the top 5 vitamins to look younger instant including collagen peptides, niacin, krill oil, copper & zinc and digestive enzymes.
This natural approach helps to rejuvenate stem cells, improve collagen and keratin production and improve oxygen supply to the skin, hair, nails and eyes so that you may begin to look younger and most importantly, feel younger.

Hey there folks. I hope you are all well! I've put together a list today of some of my favourite anti-aging nutrients that can help you to appear younger. These were specifically chosen to improve the outer organs such as the skin, the hair follicles and the nail matrix. We focus on providing the raw materials the body needs to renew the cells, and also how to improve blood flow to these areas to deliver more oxygen and nutrients. I also cover digestive enzymes, as I believe this is one of the missing links for most older people - they simply can't absorb nutrients as they once did, and these help to counter that. I hope you enjoy the video, love to read your comments. All our love. Ryan & Hannah. 💚 P.S. Some of you have expressed concerns about using 500mg of niacin, as it can cause a large flushing effect. By all means start with a smaller dose and test your tolerance. Dosages should always be available on the back of supplement bottles and packaging, so always take note of that. Thank you for your comments. 💚

Excellent video. With the exception of Krill oil, I am already taking these supplements. I'm a little worried about taking that much niacin, daily, but I guess I could gradually increase my intake until I start to notice the flushing effect. Also I had this bottle of castor oil sitting around , unused, because I found it messy to apply topically before bed. So, now, I've started taking about a Tbsp. of castor oil, orally, before bedtime. We'll see how that helps. 😊 Thanks so much, Ryan & Hannah. 💚

Is grass fed bovine collagen not good ? My hesitancy in having marine collagen is the issue of where the marine collagen is sourced from. Also is Niacin safe to take if you have low blood pressure & have problems with circulation(varicose veins) ?
