@@RydinNStyle I undid the battery under the passenger seat & under the hood. Waited 24 hours & was supposed to reset - same error. Like in the middle of the ocean.*checked for update & system is up to date. I will use apple play - refuse to pay almost $3,000.00 to replace because out of warranty.

Well I don't have nav issues so wtf lol my phone won't work in Bluetooth hearing or speaking but all other audio works.

@@RydinNStyle My USB ports about 10 times a month don’t work. Could be for a couple days or a couple starts. I can’t ever get to the dealership when it does it so nobody will replace the media hub which I know is bad. I’m eventually just going to punch a hole in it.

@@dakotabyer3191 I finally got off work before the dealership closed and started my truck and no connections like usual. Instantly called the dealership and said I was coming right then. Nobody there could get it to work and so finally after about 25 visits and 50 calls into Ram they ordered a new media hub and replaced it. So far it has worked the last couple weeks. If I get in one of these days and it doesn’t work again I’m punching a hole through the radio.

@@schlagdog ahhh nice to hear, and I fr don’t blame you if you do, that’s a lot of hassle for a radio system. If mine keeps messing up imma just get aftermarket or just be done with mopar all together. My jeep Uconnect hasn’t had a problem it’s my damn charger. I get tired of it more and more everyday. It’s one of the buggiest systems I’ve seen.

look in the setting there is an option to factory reset . both method didnt work i went to uapp then setting and the option to reset is one of the last option hope it help

just looked and my firmware version is blank !!! been looking for the files to download that maybe someone may still have the files but no luck !!since i cant get them from the site

I can’t play no music threw blue tooth or usb on Uconnect,...( idk the version of uconnect I have but the car is brand new) and when I try the press the right top corner method, it doesn’t work, also when I try the volume knob and tune knob at the same time it doesn’t work what do I do next,... kill all power to the car by removing battery terminals???? Because that what I’m bout to do now idk what else to try
