After a couple months of heavy use the cord becomes easier to manage. And on a 1.5amp battery. I get a SOLID 50 minutes of run time Close to 2 hours if just here and there use

Yea most people dont. But I do alot of wiring in cars and speaker stuff. Trailer wiring ECT Awesome tool

@@TheYorkshireMix I don’t have power supply in my garage so battery powered tools is my way to go and get things done. I used my soldering iron a bit lately. It was a brilliant addition to my tool box.

The only thing I can think of is to make sure the tip is in correctly other than that I don't really know without taking a look at it
