Gotta hand it to you bro, doing very close to an hour long video about all of Ryse's current protein flavors, and drinking a serving of each for this video, deserves a big applause. I can't wait to try Ryse protein some day and am happy to hear your feedback on cookie blast in particular since it sounded so good from other reviews and although biases opinion kinda or different taste preferences; hearing some ryse members review it and use it in oatmeal or something, yet really good to know if it has a chemically, unpleasant taste. You probably want to wait awhile before doing more protein reviews😂 but it'd be cool to see you review even just a few alpha lion flavors or v1 nutra 🙌

I mix mine with 100 grams of Oikios plain high protein yogurt and them top my rice cakes. It’s makes a thick “frosting”. Also delicious to dip fruit. I don’t drink them.

@@Bravebelly I haven't. I've been using 6star vanilla for the past year and a half. It tastes bad by itself but it's cheap. However when I blend it with bananas and peanut butter it actually taste fine. I'll definitely get back to you though when the protein powders come in

I’d say it’s a tie. They are different though. The Ryse is more savory but the Ghost tastes great and has a good bite w the cookie pieces. They’re both delicious. Depends if you want cookie pieces or not.

Ghost Nutter Butter or Ghost chocolate Nutter Butter. The regular Nutter Butter is a lot tastier imo. Keep in mind, it has small little bits of the cookies, if you’re into that.

There are flavors from Ghost like Nutter Butter or marshmallow cereal milk that taste way better than anything from RYSE..IMO. However, Ghosts handful of gross ones taste way worse than the worst RYSE flavors. Basically RYSE is mid all across the board while Ghost has a few really amazing flavors and some really terrible flavors. Hope that helps.

I’d just look for specific delicious flavors that you like and those can come from many brands. For instance, if you want PNut butter flavor…just get the Nutter Butter, if you like coconut, get 1UP nutritions coconut ice cream, you like strawberry? Core Power strawberry. Etc
