I think that RYU and RYO are similar.

Remember who created both Street Fighter AND FATAL FURY/ART OF FIGHTING. But because CAPCOM didn't think about who made the latter and thus thought it was plagiarism, it led to the creation of Dan Hibiki, who was ALWAYS meant to be a complete joke.

More similar to Akuma than Ryu honestly, although some of Yuri moves are preetty suspicious
