In terms of the blaster class, this is easily the best but also the hardest blaster to use. I can see why they gave it a horrible kit, because the main weapon is exceptionally well. Even despite the kit, it's still functional.

You can tell with how Chara is going a mile a minute with how he speaks that he is excited for this weapon. you blaster mains deserve this weapon.

I said this elsewhere, but the S-Blaster is pretty much the Ballpoint of blasters. Two different firing modes, very good attributes that make it a very good main weapon. If it had a real kit, it would be a top tier weapon easily.
