सबसे आसान तरीका गाजर मिर्च का चटपटा तीखा अचार,जो सालों तक चले |Gajar Hari Mirch ka Achar |Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
1 kg carrot
.100 gm green chilli
3 spoon aniseed
1 tbsp mustard seed
1 tbsp Rai dal
3 spoon salt
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp kalonji
1 cup mustard oil
1 pinch asafoetida
2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1-2 spoon white vinegar/lemon juice

Guruji, woh mustard oil ko dhuaan nikalne tak Garam Karna hai ki normal garam karke use karna hai? Usually Mustard oil ko bahut garam kar ke use karte hai toh isiliye thoda confusion hai. Will be doing this today itself. Tks

one correction in the recipe in the more section : it should be 3 spoons of fennel seeds -aniseed- fennel is saunf aniseed is chakri phool/star anise thank you for the awesome recipe.
