The reason is that they don't view Nepalese as important people - maybe they think these are thieves in their country (what news comes in nepalese social media about the country and the politicians/officers there, whole world knows) these are thieves. Neither do Nepalese look like them, nor their religion/culture matches. It is not unnatural for CBP to not admit us beggars. How would our nepalese treat others from poorer countries? Even Madhesi's are looked down, Sudurpaschimeli people are looked down. Why should US welcome bad people from corrupt society? Again these deported people are the liars - they lie about funding then they don't show funds, get deported, and then 'daya Maya' needed? Most of these are not the poorest innocent people in Nepal, CBP knows that as well. So, all in all - shameless hudako niyati. Aafnai deshko arko bheg athawa jatiko manxeharulai hepne, corruption garne, jhagada garne, aafnai sanga namilne, yasta sarpa nepali harulai welcome garna kina parxa US lai? I do not mean any specific individual though - and there are always good and bad people everywhere, though more in some communities than in others. Nepali harule kamti dukha dinxan aafnai janatalai. Ani chor haru aaye vanne lagxa hola CPB etc lai - sabai detail ma bujhna tetro time kharcha garna ke paryo tiniharulai, ra jhuto bolera aayeko kirte gareko harulai deport garyota thik garyo. Rule chalchha yata - nepal ko jastai chaos ta pardainan civilized society le. Nepali haru sarpa jastai hunxan - yata US ma dherai Jaso. Na ijjat hunxa na kei - frustrated ra ark nepali dekhyoki tarkine (chinnu jannu kei xaina, nepali ho vanne lagesi bhagxan).

Have seen this news elsewhere as well. Looks impressive. Wow name sounds funny, 'chilgaadi.' A thought: Unless you are really poor, you should not escape your responsibility for your country. Rather do business or service (or just fight for the betterment of various systems) in the very country that brought you to this world. If your answer is 'oh we are poor, our politicians and officers are corrupt ....,' then you get questions: who is going to make your country better? What is your contribution? You might be like 'yes, I was a good friend of the same corrupt leaders/officers/teachers and their children, they were nice people.' Most Npl people are themselves helping corruption and social-degradation (if not, why don't they behave coldly with corrupt people or their children then?) Not protesting bad practices is accepting them.

English alone is hard, Nepali alone makes them feel ashamed, and so most end up doing English + Nepali + English! They will not use Nepali alone, thinking that they would sound less intelligent (they have no self-esteem) and fearing that all will understand what they say (poor and those with little education or English). This is crime, when these smart people are public servants (govt. employees, politicians, social workers, etc.) and a question of ethics/scope, when they are others.
