Good afternoon, friend! I need your help. I bought the same device based on your videos recommending it. However, I noticed that in certain movies, the subwoofer simply doesn't work (I tested it with 3 different subs, all with the same problem). Strangely, it works correctly in some movies and not in others. When I test it with a specific 5.1 test video, it always works properly. This problem started, apparently, after I did a software update. Have you ever experienced this issue? If yes, how did you solve it?

It is a useless device. Bought Dolby ia okay but no prologic Bad. SW is giving High Bass. HDMI picture quality is lower than an exractor.
