Ingredients:
Rice- 1 cup (uncooked)
Garlic - 6
Carrot-1/3 cup
Green beans - 1/4 cup
Capsicum- 1/4 cup
Spring onion- 1/2 cup
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Soy sauce- 1 tsp
Vinegar- 1/2 tsp
Schezwan chutney/ sauce- 2 tbsp
Food colour(red/orange) - 1 pinc(optional)
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp

Mam abhi bhuk lagi thi ek ghante phel..ye recipie dekha aur just banakar khaya..it was amazingly tasty.. 😋😋😋 Thanks so much apke talent ko naman 🙏..Mostly mai apke hi recipie dekh kar Covid period me Khana banana sikha...aaj Schezwan fried rice first time banaya...Superb bana...aur maze se khaya maine...but kyuki raat ka time tha to koi taste karke tareef karne wala hi nahi tha sab soye they family meri..so ab i am planning to cook this same recipie yet again during coming weekend for my family 👪 forsure ..to let them know how good cook i have become..actually no one believes i can cook... as i have started cooking just 2 years ago itself when i was 35 years...but now mai bhuka to nahi rahunga..khud banakar kha sakta hu wo bhi tasty wala healthy homemade food!! 😋 😇🙂
