He specializes in liver problems and all gastrointestinal diseases. He is trained in endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound.He has previously worked at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Medical College, Jabalpur. He was President of UP chapter of Gastroenterology society.
The GASTRO LIVER HOSPITAL, where he works is a gastroenterology and hepatology super speciality hospital. Hospital has MEDICAL, and SURGICAL wings. It has ICU and plenty of accommodation facilities of different levels. The hospital performs all complicated and advanced surgeries under team of very senior and experienced gastro surgeon . रात का खाना 7 बजे खाए और ब्रेकफास्ट को छोड़े 1बजे खाना खाए । असल में रात को 7 बजे खाना खाके सुबह 8 बजे नस्ता करोगे तो फास्टिंग नही होगी। क्योंकि रात 7 बजे खाया हुआ खाना पचने मे ही 7..8घंटे का टाइम लगता है इसलिए दिन का भोजन सीधा 1 बजे खाए नस्ता छोड़ना पड़ेगा

मेरा एक सवाल है शाम 7 बजे खाया हुआ भोजन रात 12 बजे तक पचता है तो Fasting time 12 घंटे की जगह 7 घंटे का ही रहे गाया 12 घंटे का कहां रहा ? प्लीज उत्तर दें

सर, मेरा बीपी 160/87 तक चला गया था कोविड के समय और उसके बाद! फिर मैंने Time Restricted Feeding शुरू की। अब मैं सुबह 6 बजे उठकर 7 बजे चाय लेता हूँ और रोज शाम को 6 बजे तक जो खाना होता है खा लेता हूँ यानी रोज़ 11 घंटे में खाना खा लेता हूँ और रोज़ 13 घंटे भूखा रहता हूँ। इसके अलावा नियमित जिम और चलना और कभी कभार दौड़ना। अब मेरा बीपी 128/78 तक आ गया है। मैं रोज़ बीपी नापता हूँ .... Omega 3 fatty acid, less salt, less tea, potassium, magneium, nitric oxide supplements etc etc से बीपी कम नहीं हुआ। पर जैसे ही Time Restricted Feeding शुरू की 11 hour eating and 13 hour fast तो बीपी कम हो गया !!! Triglycerides कम हुए और HDL बढ़ा और LDL कम हुआ! मैं सिगरेट नहीं पीता, शराब साल में एक आध बार....
