I’ve been doing 16/8 intermittent fasting for over 3 months and have to say it’s one of the best decision that I have made in my life. No body on earth need that much of calories to go through a day!
The obvious benefit for an 48 hour fasting helped the pain near my hip joint. 52 yrs old, and have been on 16/8 fasting for 10 months. Eat very little carbs, mostly clean meat and organic veggies. I have shed about 7 pounds, and gaining muscle mass. Combining with strength training exercises, I felt better than when I was 22 years old!

No wonder every time I falls sick, my pain on joints all gone. That's because I eat less during then.
