this is how i think they can fix him first of all dedede is an endlag MACHINE like when you just hit the floor IMMEDIATELY after you cancel super jump it has so much endlag they need to make the gordos get knocked back not by pretty much every thing down b and neautral b have SO much endlag like 2 seconds to do another move dedede cant grab ledges while falling with super jump and thats a bad problem sometimes when i cancel super jump he just whiffs past the ledge when im right in front of the ledge his up smash just whiffs from pretty much every fighter dash attack is easy to punish and down on the joystick is not sexy enough, put a rose in his mouth or something

Dedede isn't a great character at all. His recovery and pure strength are definitely great, but his size and weight make him a punching bag.

it's not also his size, but also very poor frame data. People also tend to think he is strong, but even that is not really the case. Forward smash fully charged - 33%, down b is 38%, everything else is barely reaches 22% fully charged. Ganon is much stronger than DDD. What also pisses me off is how DDDs super jump landing doesn't break shields, whereas bowser's does and how fully charged down b can't break a full shield.

And Dedede is the hardest character to kill vertically. Jigglypuff probably would've died at 15%!

Well, scrubbyscum, if you're seriously asking, the newer has to do with this: 1. Her galaxies are not part of her body and thus she doesn't get hit while hitting others 2. Luma gives her great and stupendous range 3. Priority in the true sense doesn't exist in this game.

cause cancerous Sakurai. On a serious note, the priority in this game has no logic. I read that it's based on hitbox or on the damage the move does - none of that is true. I saw many times a weaker move intercepting a much stronger move and even breaking super armor on ganon during the warlock punch. People who claim that it priority is based on damage/hitbox, certainly didn't play the game.
