This is a story about someone who walked in on a colleague who was unconscious with paramedics trying to revive him. A completely awful story, however, why it happened and what the company did after that somehow made it worse.
Due to people not being paid if they were sick they were self medicating just to get through shifts, leading to this tragic incident. The company policy was basically take whatever you like, as long as there are no accidents and you can get through the work.
The company then offered almost no support to those who had been caught up in the incident resulting in several people leaving or having breakdowns at work.
