I don't have a record of the supplier, but what I do is check their feedback rating. Anything higher than 99 percent I will usually take a chance. Secondly if the part does not perform then ebay has money back guarentee , so return it for a full refund. So far the part has been great. I would also point out it is very rare I will get a bad part even though used. Another thing to check is miles on odometer of car the part was removed. most time I wont buy a part without this information. Thank you for watching.

This one was not compressing freon . I believe the solenoid was bad but I just changed the whole compressor out with a low miled one. Thanks for watching.

Yes you have to vacuum the system. The air and moisture must be removed or it will ruin the system . The other good thing about pulling vacuum is you will know if the system is leaking if the vacuum does not hold. If the compressor is leaking it for sure needs changed . Now there is a pressure relief on the compressors if you overfill the system quite a bit. Anyways hope this can help and thanks for watching.

They have a flush solvent and a canister tool you hook to a air compressor. Its not easy the lines need disconnected and flushed individually to get them clean. The evaporator needs flushed and condenser. Oil will need to be added back to replace whats removed from the flushing process. There are a lot of videos on flushing ac systems. If it seems like too much you could quote a price from a shop. Thanks for watching.

The air not pushing out strongly or forcefully would be a blower fan issue or possibly blend door/box issue. If the air is not blowing cold enough or less cold it definitely sounds like a compressor issue or low 134a. There are other factors such as coolant level, coolant fan, maybe even air in coolant system, etc. Hope some of these ideas can help. Thank you for watching.

There is also a cabin air filter under the glove box that will get dirty and slow all the blower air down too. Replace it every once in a while for more air flow.

No it won't engage. The pressure switch ensures that so when the freon is low it does not damage the AC compressor. Once there is enough freon added it will kick on.Thanks for the question.

I'm no expert but I had a leak from the crankshaft seal and it leaked onto the belt which throws oil everywhere. Before that I had to replace the intake manifold and valve cover for oil leaks. The factory intakes are known duds so I bought a Dorman one. The bad intake caused the valve cover to leak. That seems to be the 2 biggest culprits I've seen for this engine.

I have to say on these 1.4l , the leaks seem to come from everywhere on the timing cover. In my experience the oil cooler area has always been the worst. As commented by others the pcv system plays a role in a lot of the leaks as well. Thanks for the feedback.
