Sorry stats lies No one dare to speak truth anywhere. My scapegoats are . 1. Rahul dravid. He is one of the clueless coach who dont understand what type of players play well. Its like this Five blindman try to touch elephant parts and try to find how elephant looks like. Basically he got one thing right but other thing wrong. He brought in tall players in gill and jaiswal to fend off chest height balls. 2. Rohit poor captaincy 3. Selecting wrong player like ashwin , thakur , iyer ( still cant play chest height ball) , prasidh krishna a) Ashwin - his parabola arc is ok in Sand Pitches in India , he is a slow bowler in normal pitches. he is a half spinner. He got the energy not the guile. Best spinner action is abdur razzaq of bangladesh. He got that arc that he adjust any length. Only problem he has is he was short , so dont have the energy to rip the ball. Ashwin is unfit for SENA country pitches. Someone keep picking him. He has someone big guy backing him in BCCI. b) Shardul Lord Thakur - He is a loose player. year of sheep . Gamblers. Stokes Ian Botham Fleming. If you are surprised to find thakur again and again in CSK. Because stephen fleming is year of sheep , same energy coagulate. Dont tell everyone this secret. They get lucky so often to keep their spot. You cant go to war with him. They do well if someone manages them. c) Shreyas Iyer. He is kinda mental case. I mean he is cocky but dont have the temperament or humility. He makes runs in easy condition and keep his spot. He gets exposed when he faces short ball barrage. Why he struggles. Because he cant lift his bat above his chest. Then how did he hit big sixers in World cup. Every dog has its day. Yes he is born in year of dog. Markram also year of dog. he is ok in india even then if opposition has bowler whois clever enough to attack him around his chest , he is toast. he is emperor of knee height balls. d) prasidh krishna - his action is so terrible for test matches. he has no swing no control. Only advantage is his height. he lacks energy. May be vegetarian fast bowler. he should eat whole chicken every day he wants to be super star bowler. With IPL around , we will have 100s of this useless bowlers. e) Rohit Sharma/Subman Gill - Year of rabbit. Loose players. Lose concentration often. Not suited for serious cricket. Pagent Queens of cricket. Looks nice shots but there is mental lapses too often to rely on them Rahul dravid - Man of lots of ideas but he has one dimensional thinking and approach. AMATEUR coach good only for school cricket BCCI wanted to bother us when they steal millions from indian cricket fans and cant even provide a fighting unit. Losing is fine but you should lose with head hight South africa beat RAHUL DRAVID team with 10 men. Bavuma did not even bat. WTF.

Unluckily we don't have good second seamer this time. First change bowlers very poor. On top 5 - Not even one score 50+ and then how we could win matches. Jaiswal, Gill and Shreyas failed twice. 4+ RR scores runs on this pitch - Any captain would be failure.

Yes you are Partly right ,but in terms of the runs to be scored and strategy to be adopted,I think Pdogg is very good as he has good grasp of all the grounds across locations ,but prediction he goes by the India wins always as his heart always beats for India ,instead of calling Spade a Spade ....This is same with 99% Indian commentators or ex Indian commentators or Indian journalists as they all go for emotions always.

Excellent analysis,Pity that an analyist like Pdogg is not employed by BCCI,im 100%Sure you will do a better job than Rahul Dravid,who is a total disaster as a coach.Cannot beleive that Players like Shardul thakur, Shubam Gill are backed by the management based on IPL,white ball cricket and knocks against weaker teams and on flat pitches.Gill has a poor technique ,same is the case with Shreyas Iyer. Attitude problem and lack of intent are the reasons for the loss. Abhimanyu Eswaran may replace Gill or Jaiswal. Avesh khan and Mukesh Kumar may come in place of Prasidh and Shardhul.
