Great work Jonas! You put viggen clutch in with something in mind, arent you?:)) You have intake, pipes, intercooler, catback, suspension and steering mods. Come on Jonas, just buy second hand 3 inch downpipe(Sweden saab foorum or similar), bolt that 15T you have spare from silver aero and put stage 3 tune on it! You will be smiling every time you drive it and hear engine noise, you know it! Final mods i recommend(also second hand, no need new parts like those): get the 6 point subframe brace(really stiffens vert), rear 22mm antirollbar( amazing simple thing for handling and against torque steer). When will be time for changing front brake discs, find the front brake carriers from viggen or 9-5 aero or v6 pre 2002 to install 308 mm discs with your brake calipers for extra stopping power! Put likes guys to encourage Jonas! :))

Hi Jonas, I know this is an old install tutorial. But can you say how much pressure you put into that hose pressure tool you used > I assume it is not alot ? Did you make the tool ? Where did you get it from. This tool would be very helpful when I do my clutch replacement. ! last thing. Why didn't you go ahead and surface the flywheel. Anytime I've done a new clutch I always surface the flywheel to ensure that it has a new flat surface and not glased. I know you sanded it. But curious as to your reasoning. Hello, this was a super informative video! Thank you. I'm doing the same repair on my Saab 93 2000 convertible. I have a question about bleeding the slave cylinder - platonoff is fitting a different model of transmission to his engine and sets his transmission up in as he's bleeding his slave cylinder for a gear box alignment with allen keys - locking his transmission in 3rd gear. I have two questions: How did you go about bleeding your slave cylinder? and did you bother aligning the gearbox if it's the same gearbox that you're installing?

I found your vid while looking up how to center the disc to the flywheel. There is NO PILOT BUSHING in the crank, so how did that centering tool work? In my past I have done clutches on trucks without a centering tool by just eyeball, then when all is almost in push in the clutch pedal and crank the motor over(don't let it start, disable the ign) while pushing the trans in just easy and in it goes. It won't go in if it's not aligned. I'm at the stage with saabs I feel the thing needs a clutch or auto trans it's totaled.Great vids, thank you.

What's the brand of the alignment tool? I bought the Luk kit but alignment tool doesn't align because it's not pilot bearing on the engine

do you have any tips for bleeding the clutch? i swapped my transmission but i can not figure out how to bleed the clutch, its killing me. i just wanna test out the new transmission already but i keep getting held back by the smallest things

Dude car look so sick with that body kit. ... Another way to bleed clutch for a great pedal is to connect tube from driver side brake bleeder nipple to top of slave bleeder line, fill reservoir to top , then pump the brakes
