A crank position sensor on the wire near the direct Cassette wire you had on top...

Could be, but that is already connected. There are 3 connectors in 1 bracket. 2 x o2sensors + crank position

Progress looks like it is racing along now, well, in video time anyway. It's amazing how much you can get done in 30 minutes😂😂. That engine bay is looking amazing👏👏. I'm looking forward to the next update. And I bet you are looking forward to getting to bed before 2am when this is all done😴😴

Amazing! Love every episode. Drive a 9-5 2.0t 240 bhp myself. Many ideas and ways to do it came from you. I have some rust in the rear flooring. If you have some tips to fix that without taking everything apart, that would be very helpful.

Totally recommend to get the new belt layout instead. The new layout skips the middle trolley on the top.

@@JonasKakarikas I have a belt for just that. I can message you the details when I get home. Bought it at the local Saab dealer in Uddevalla "stemeck" one I had on my old setup, one extra brand new.

Jonas, after the build is complete what are your plans for the car? Do you plan on taking it to the track for time trials, do some drifting, etc?

En av kablarna du har löst är väl till map/tempsensorn på insugsröret, antar att du har den äldre varianten utav givare på denna. Sen måste det också vara vattentempgivaren på toppen ;)

Hey Jonas! As usual, great job!!! The other day I was thinking about the TCS or the traction control version this 9-5 has. Normally it works with the de FW wheels, so, Are you going to relocate the sensors and accesories to the rear wheels? Cheers!!!

Jonas, with DI casettes getting more rare and therefore more expensive, did you consider converting to coil on plug with standalone ECU? Great work, cheers man!

Nope, trionic 7 is superior to many other ecu's so will stick with this 👍 and there is still new di cassetts to order

@@JonasKakarikas Well, I've tried to find some information on the non-OEM casettes and most people were not satisfied with them, so that is why I thought of converting to coil on plug. Did you try the replacement DICs? How is the quality and reliability and are there any manufacturers you'd recommend?

@@wudecki STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM PROPARTS DIC!!! About 8 years ago I went thru 3 Proparts DIC in a matter of 9 months. Now, I have 2 OEM DIC, my original, and a spare. Always stick with OEM even if it's an old used one. It will last a lot longer than ANY Proparts DIC.

Hi, its not plug n play. Bet it will be a tight fit to get it in. But not impossible

Yes, I've already been looking at it and the truth is that something will remain just... but I want to do something different later I want to get more power out of it.
