Senzo Meyiwa Murder Trial | Defence accuses state of lying about Khumalo calls

Defence lawyer for accused number five in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial has denied that Fisokuhle Ntuli had called the late soccer star's then girlfriend Kelly Khumalo in August and October of 2014. Thursday Ntuli admitted that the cellphone number that investigators said he used to call Khumalo was his.
However, advocate Zandile Mshololo argued in the High Court in Pretoria that those calls are not reflected in Khumalo's cellphone records.

Not really. First, the judge set a hostile environment to the defense, and then Baloyi use passive aggressive approach to frustrate the defense. Mshololo had to show her capability bcoz the judge and Baloyi have been ridiculing the defence from day one, therefore you keep up until such time you react strange for them to see ukuthi uyakwazi ukuphambana nawe. Usile uRatha neteam yakhe so makafumane okumlingeneyo.
