Senzo Meyiwa Murder Trial | Questions over Kelly Khumalo's arrest warrant that was not effected

One of the investigators in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial has been grilled in the High Court in Pretoria about why the warrant of arrest against the soccer star's then girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo was not effected.
An application for a warrant for Khumalo's arrest was made in October 2020 when the applications for the current accused before court were made, but Khumalo's was never authorised.

This witness firstly answered she doesnt know of the warrant of arrest, after turn Ratha says it on the drafted evidence suddenly she is aware of the arrest. Again she doesnt know why it wasnt exercised, aghhhh this is a waste of our tax money over court proccedings. People who were in the house must be fetched with immediate effect no ways.

No wonder SA is a crime haven. Look who is entrusted to solve cases: Sgt Batho Mogola, a police officer with 18 years of experience in the police force, yet stuttering and stammering and unable to account for her investigation. It's a shame in the face of the country to be at the hands of such incompetence.

Most Lawyers are not competent. Now we have: 1. Robbers killed Senzo 2. Senzo was shot by Twala accidentally 3. Kelly arranged hit using the accused Each defense Lawyer is has a different version and making mockery of Senzos death

They don’t want Khumalo implicated coz the the police and government officials that staged that crime scene will also be implicated. Must be high ups to control judges as well. It’s not about the murderer but those who helped her.
