Sabina describes how she was struck with trauma and fear when she took a fall in the mountains approximately 45 years ago. She got a flashback from that experience during the ‘challenge activity’ at the Berlin Week Long Advanced Retreat. Thanks to her meditations and to the support of the team, she was able to overcome the chaos, connect with her heart and find calm and resolve.
