SABUDANA VADA | NAVRATRI RECIPE | बनाएँ कुरकुरे, OILFREE साबूदाना वड़े आसानी से|EASY SABUDANA RECIPE
here's a simple Sabudana Vada recipe for you:
Ingredients:
- 2 cup soaked sabudana (tapioca pearls)
- 3 medium-sized potatoes boiled or
( 2 cup diced)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder , few chopped curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Wash the sabudana under running water until the water runs clear. Soak them in water for about 4-5 hours or over night or until they become soft. Drain the water completely. And leave it for half n hour
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, coarsely ground peanuts, chopped green chilies, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander , pepper powder , and salt. Mix everything well to form a dough-like mixture.
3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round patties.
4. Heat oil in a pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, gently slide the prepared vadas into the oil. Fry them on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. Make sure to fry them in batches, without overcrowding the pan.
5. Remove the fried vadas using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
6. Serve the sabudana vadas hot with chutney or yogurt.
