Hey! Thanks for your work. I'm starting to spin and I have a question. What size and weight of hula hoop you reccomned for beginners? I have small and light and big and heavy, no of them is good to every trick 😉

Here's a little copy/paste from our website for you! Hope this helps! If you're into more techy spinning, you can start with a size as low as 28". Smaller hoops are harder to control, but easier to do more difficult tricks. Suggested Beginner Hoop Sizes (by height): If you are 5’ or shorter, you should start with a 30”-33” hoop. For those 5’ 5” or taller, you should start with a 32”-35” hoop. If you taller than 5’ 8”, you should start with a 35”-38” hoop.
