Something of this nature happens and no DNA test was done/has been done, it wasn't reported to the police, cctv's near the road haven't been looked at, the police hasn't taken her to the taxi station or the route taken to see if she could identify the culprit. This is a problem of national concern because this might not be his first rape crime or it isn't going to be the last if he used drugs to get this woman into comma. Such a horrendous crime and nothing has been done about this so far. We possibly have a serial rapist who additional has hiv, on the loose but so far no actions are been taken to apprend the beast.
