Yes, make sure it has vents for the fireplace. You can even take the pink foam insulation, cover and make panels to cover the walls on the outside too. Just insert natural heavy duty magnets in various areas to attach from the inside. In the summer put up a 90% shade cloth over to reduce the heat. Some how attach flag poles at the 4 corners of the roof, sticking up and out, hook the shade cloth to that. It's getting so bad in areas, I don't see why cities are doing this across building to make shade. Many gardens need it now and play areas for kids can have a 30-40% shade over their area.
