After completing his 1750+ hours of rigorous and intense training at Isha Yoga centre Coimbatore, He become a certified Isha Hatha Yoga teacher to offer Classical Hatha Yoga in its purest form to the world.
Till 2018 he was just a guy next door binge-watching Sadhguru’s videos on KZfaq. Until he saw there was man with a white beard talking sense, explaining things which people around me couldn’t.
He always thought that Yoga was for people who are insanely flexible that they can bend and twist themselves into all sorts of weird postures or for people in their 50s or 60s.
Never had he ever thought he would be practicing Yoga, let alone sharing these wonderful tools of transformation with other people.
One day while binge-watching Sadhguru’s videos he came upon an ad for an Isha Yoga workshop happening in his city. He was free and bored so he signed up. At that time, He was into gymming, sports, and, in my head, a fit person.
He went through the workshop and all my notions of being a fit & fine, healthy person shattered. Just by doing some simple Yogic processes he saw that he was suddenly much more Joyful than ever before.
The moment he started Yoga, he saw that he was in much better control of my body, mind, emotions and energies, he saw that even if his body was tired, he was not tired.
He realized that drinking and drugs can never make him so blissed out. He discovered there is space within me with endless joy waiting to explode.
According to Kartik Anna,Hatha Yoga Teacher’s Training in 2021 from Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore is an immense responsibility and also an honor to share these spiritual tools of self-transformation to achieve Holistic Health, Inner Well-being and Joyful living with one and all. 🌸💫
