I am sure, many of you like me, kept on replaying again and again and again more so from 12:18 an expression of gratitude to Guru who has touched us in those magical moments when there was no sense of 'I' and we became all/none at once, in each of the programs at Isha......those moments are pristine pure...🙏

The magic is beyond anything, breaks you down to your core just for the tears of ignorance to flow down. I experienced shapeless, expectation less, giver of the highest order love in the aasram. Crying literally every five minutes for no reason at all. 🙏🏼

Namaskaram sadguru. Beautiful. Sadguru is a great spiritual master. Hatha yoga is a complete yoga course. It looks incredible and excellent and beautiful.

Tears just keep flowing when I rewind and look back at those days in HYTT. The journey has been so surreal and magical. I knew this day would come when I would long to go back and experience the same all over again. Fortunate and blessed to have been a part of batch 2022. The experiences I've had this year are unforgettable and sealed for life. Thankyou Isha & Sadhguru :)

Thank you for your advice. I've been practising yoga for a while till the baby was born. Actually, the more I watch Sadhuguru's videos, the more I feel like joining this programme. It feels like I'm going to miss a tremendous opportunity if I delay any further. I'm sure this programme can transform me and make a great impact on my child as well.
