Hi. As an FSAE beginner, your video helped me out a lot. I appreciate your presentation. By the way, at 15:09 what type of high-density foam have you used for prototyping? I've searched for them and the two main search results were Styrofoams or Polyurethane foams.

I'm glad to hear that. I believe it was polyurethane foam. I remember it being a higher density foam specifically for prototyping. The key thing is that it was machinable so we could cut it on a CNC router. Lower density foams couldn't hold up and would start breaking/chipping on the CNC
