★ 생딸기우유 ★
이번에 만든 음료는, 생딸기를 이용해 만든 “생딸기우유” 입니다!
예전에도 생딸기를 이용해 만든 “딸기청”으로 딸기 우유를 만든 적이 있는데,
그 때는 그냥 으깬 딸기에 설탕을 넣고 섞어서 바로 사용했지만
이번에는 끓여서 딸기 시럽의 맛을 더욱 진하게 만들어줬습니다!

저는 더 진한 맛을 원해서 끓여줬지만, 딸기의 신선함을 더 많이 느끼고 싶으시다면 예전 레시피대로 그냥 끓이지 않고 넣어주셔도 돼요!
취향에 따라서 원하는 방법대로 만드시면 됩니다 :)
그리고 저는 한꺼번에 많이 만들어놓고 두고두고 먹기 위해 많이 만들었는데, 이렇게 많이 안 만드셔도 돼요…ㅎㅎ…
한 잔 만드는 데에 딸기 8개 정도면 충분할거에요!
설탕은 딸기 무게의 1/3만큼 넣어줬는데, 입맛에 따라 설탕의 양을 조절해주세요.

* 재료 *
딸기 1.2kg
설탕 400g (딸기 무게의 1/3)
우유
* 만드는 방법 *
1. 딸기를 전부 흐르는 물에 깨끗이 씻어준 뒤 물기를 제거해 준비해주세요. 준비한 딸기의 약 2/3 정도를 포크 또는 감자 으깨기 등을 이용해 으깬 뒤 설탕을 넣고 잘 섞어주세요. (저는 쉽게 으깨기 위해 칼로 잘랐는데, 이 과정은 생략해도 됩니다.)
2. 1을 전부 냄비에 넣고 중불에서 끓여주세요. 끓기 시작하면 약불로 낮추고, 주걱으로 거품을 걷어가면서 끓여주세요. (진한 맛을 원한다면 많이 졸여주시고, 아니라면 살짝만 끓여주세요.) 완성된 시럽은 불을 끄고 완전히 식혀주세요.
3. 시럽을 식히는 동안 남은 딸기를 잘게 잘라주세요.
4. 시럽이 다 식으면 잘게 자른 딸기를 넣고 잘 섞은 뒤, 준비한 병에 담아주세요. 그리고 그 병에 우유도 넣고 흔들어 잘 섞어주면 끝!
★ Fresh Strawberry Milk ★

This time, I boiled it to make the strawberry syrup taste thicker!

Eight strawberries will be enough to make a cup!
I added sugar as much as 1/3 of the weight of the strawberries, but you can adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste.
Strawberries are very cheap these days, so you can buy cheap strawberries and make delicious strawberry milk! It's really delicious♥

1. Wash all strawberries under running water and remove the water. Mash about 2/3 of the prepared strawberries with a fork or potato masher, then add sugar and mix well. (I cut it with a knife to make it easier to crush, but you can skip this process.)
2. Put all 1 in a pot and boil over medium heat. When it starts to boil, lower it to low heat and boil it while removing the bubbles with a spatula. (If you want a rich taste, boil it a lot, if not, just boil it slightly.) Turn off the heat and cool the finished syrup completely.
3. While the syrup cools, chop the remaining strawberries.
4. When the syrup is finished, add the chopped strawberries, mix well, and put in the prepared bottle. And put the milk in the bottle and shake it well, and you're done!
