Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of the most popular safari destinations in all of Uganda. The park is renowned for diverse ecosystems and an abundance of wildlife and the Ishasha sector within the park is one of the few places in the world where you can spot tree climbing lions!
Unlike other safari destinations in Africa, Queen Elizabeth National Park was not overcrowded, giving us an opportunity to observe lions, elephants, buffaloes, kobs, birds, and other wildlife without the crowds.

Some fine mature elephant and lovely perspective of this of this important reserve a heritage for Uganda Long may it be protected for us to appreciate such nature..and for young people in the 21st century

Beautifully captured thanks. We're planning to go and see the animals too, but I'm super anxious about lions getting into our open roof jeep. And also I'd be scared to dine in that field incase there was a lion lurking in the grass.

Nice video! Just wondering, did you get permission to fly your drone? I was reading online and it seemed drone regulations in Uganda are quite strict. I was thinking of leaving my drone at home until i saw this!

We got permission from individual park rangers at the time. This was two years ago so regulations may have changed by now.

@@Drinkteatravel Great video! love the shots from above and was wondering the same thing about bringing my drone into uganda. Last time I was there I left it at home but would love to bring it now for the next trip. So no problems at customs at the airport? And then you just ask the rangers on site for a permission to fly? Love to hear your experience on the drone topic!
