Thank you for your video. Its awesome. Can you tell me where could I get a pair of those glazing tongs?
@SAGA2144 жыл бұрын
Glaze tongs can be purchased at Japanese pottery tool shops. If you tell the clerk "hasami", he will bring it to you. Perhaps there is a place where you can purchase it at an online shop.

Umenose Channel your awesome! Thank you! Do you have a local shop ? I could email?

Unfortunately there are no local stores. I buy at an online shop. I don't think the site has shipped overseas. There is a shop specializing in pottery tools in Seto, a suburb of Nagoya. Site URL: profile.hatena.ne.jp/tougeidougumurakami/

Excuse me, what kind of wetness do you start repairing? When I watch the video, the mud is not too wet, but the mud won't crack when the hole is made, and the mud on my hand can't.

Leatherhard, mid dry point when it still has water in it but it does lose its form unless there is a pressure. The clay shouldn't look light, it should still have that dark shade to it

Does anyone know what the cloth or fabric is that he uses at the top edge? 27:02, you can see it at that time mark. It doesn't look like a sponge, so I'm wondering if it is cotton? What is this called in Japanese or English? Thank you!
