Hi hope your well 😊 I switched my shopping I now do it all between asda and Sainsburys it's much cheaper plus I have asda rewards card and mum has a nector card so we both shop and use the reward cards and save all points and money until Easter and Christmas or whenever they have there half price deals on fresh meat we them but as much as we have on cards and split it between us lasts for ages and it's free I've made lots of swaps from branded items and saved even more on essentials like washing powder cleaning products ect ❤

Thats a great shop, Funnily enough I did a shopping haul today and said similar about eggs. Though i thought tesco were barn eggs as I usually buy the tesco ones rather than Asda so thanks for mentioning that. I have been buying those sainsburys freerange eggs recently as it isnt that much different in price but sainsburys is much further away than the other shops. We do the best we can with our budget that wr have xx

@@diaryofmyfrugallife aww thanks for watching. It really is a minefield with meat and eggs. I know people judge but it is usually so expensive for free range especially when they might not necessarily be free range. I only realised when I googled it. I was thinking the other day how everyone judges the whole free range situation but no way can most people afford to buy free range chicken , so the chicken that isnt free range that we eat produces non free range eggs but people make such a fuss about eggs vs the meat .. I guess we all feel guilt to a degree but we can just do our best and hope the animals are well looked after.xx

@countingthecost I'm learning to ignore those comments. I buy what I can afford. There should be laws about animal welfare but I cannot feel guilty for not being able to afford a free range chicken or eggs
