The Wingsuit is built into your outfit (or even lack thereof), and can be deployed when falling from moderate distances by pressing A. Note that this will not work if jumping off a small ledge, so you’ll need at least a bit of height to make it work. Alternatively, there are several places and times where you can initiate a Wingsuit jump:
Exiting a helicopter up in the air
Finding a Weather Monitoring Station Discovery point and interacting it with it to get a boost into the air.
Jumping off the roof of a car in motion (If you are driving the car, you’ll need to build up speed before holding Y to get onto the roof, then use the Wingsuit Jump prompt before you slow down).

Once you deploy the Wingsuit, you’ll be able to glide on the air and maneuver to fly to distant areas. To help with turning or to slow down, you can hold LT/L2 to reduce speed and help pick a landing spot. Landing on the ground while holding the reduce speed button will let you roll and get into the action - but diving headfirst will result in a ragdoll.
You can also target enemies in the area and when you see a target icon appear on them, press RB/R1 to perform a Wingsuit Takedown to defeat them instantly
How to Perform a Wingsuit Bounce Boost
There is a way to keep your momentum going when using the Wingsuit, but it is risky - and oddly enough - locked behind progression. You’ll need to progress through main story missions until you’ve placed a few Criminal Ventures, and unlocked a mission to upgrade to Tier 2 of your Criminal Empire. Doing this will unlock a few features for your HQ and ventures - but will also unlock the Wingsuit Bounce Boost.
Now when gliding across the city, you can reduce speed or aim towards the ground and find a place where pedestrians are, and press LB/L1 to bounce into the hapless victim and launch back into the air. It’s not entirely reliable if you’re not in a crowded area - or have not given time for NPCs to spawn in, but when used correctly, it can let you chain your Wingsuit flight across long distances.

Saints Row is an upcoming action-adventure video game and reboot of the Saints Row series. Developed by Volition and published by Deep Silver, it is scheduled for release on August 23, 2022 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S.
Saints Row is set in the fictional city of Santo Ileso, located in the American southwest, and based loosely on the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. Santo Ileso is currently under control of three criminal gangs: Los Panteros, a gritty vehicle and fitness-oriented gang; the Idols, an anarchist gang focused on clubs and nightlife; and Marshall Defense Industries, an international private military corporation based in Santo Ileso that is known for advanced high tech weaponry. The player-character, "The Boss", a former member of Marshall Defense Industries assembles a new gang from dissatisfied members of these gangs and to seize power from them. These new members include: Neenah, a mechanic formally with Los Panteros and serves as the gang's driver; Kevin, a DJ that was part of the Idols and handles the execution of their heists; and Eli, a business entrepreneur with an MBA that now plans the Boss's gang's activities.
The city is broken down into nine districts, which include Rancho Providencio, a run-down rural town; El Dorado, a gambling casino haven comparable to Las Vegas; and Monte Vista, a suburban area. As in past Saints Row games, the player will work to take over these districts, granting them certain benefits. New to this game, the player will be able to use empty lots in secured districts to launch illegitimate businesses with legitimate fronts to help finance and benefit the gang.The new city will include more vertical areas with tools that the player will be able to use to take advantage of that. The driving gameplay has been improved to encourage the use of vehicles as weapons themselves alongside guns.
