Gavar bhaji/cluster beans sabzi simple and easy method to prepare gavar bhaji
Its an veh recipe served with roti.
Ingredients-
Cluster beans- 250 gms
Onion- 1
Tomato - 1 small
Garlic cloves- 8 cloves
Ginger- ½ inch
Green chillis - 2
Coriender chopped
5 curry leaves
Grated coconut- 2 to 3 tbsp
Musturd,cumin seeds- ¼ tsp each
Asafetida- 2 pinch
Turmric powder- ½ tsp
Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
Cumin,coriender and garam masala powder- ½ tsp each
Oil
Salt
Method-
Heat oil in pressure cooker, give tempering of,cumin,musturd,curry leaves green chilli and asafetida. Add onion and cook till translucent. Add crush garlic and ginger, saute for few seconds. add all masales. Add cluster beans. Add salt. Add tomato.Add ½ bowl water. Pressure cook for just 2 to 3 mins. After 2,3 mins add grated coconut and coriender .mix. cook again for 2 mins. After 2 mins cluster beans sabzi is ready to serve.
