congratulations for your great riding, it's always very impressive to see you riding, with a slightly higher handlebar you could pass more closely over the cones and be even more efficient!

Thank you. I want to be able to ride a variety of bikes well, and this time I'm accomplishing that by aggressively upshifting and downshifting on a small, inefficient bike.
