CFO add most value as a strategic partner to the CEO, understanding commercial opportunity, setting corporate goals as well as managing, and also developing external stakeholders. This means that greater responsibility for the management of the business, reporting and running the finance teams is likely to be delegated to a management team.

Mindset for C level executive : 1 it's a free agent society- no long term contracts, hired as long as valuable 2 all jobs are temporary, profession/carrer is permanent.more loyalty to profession. 3 it's not about work life balance . Integrate your values/life 4 growth is a must .don't limit your scope.think about your capability. 5 results and achievements are more imp . Because they show learning. 6 take responsibility,don't dump it on external factors.
