I’ll be honest, i dont love this video so hopefully you do. While I'm editing my more in depth experience in Salem I wanted to share a more aesthetic view of my time here to give you the feeling and vibes of the overall place. If you love architecture take a walk down Chestnut Street! It’s my favorite street to walk down, the entire McIntire District has beautiful houses!

I miss living in Salem (I lived there for 3 years)! Thank you for this video and visiting some of my favorite places. If you are still around Salem, be sure to check out Jolie Tea and A & J King Bakery (you will thank me once you try their apple tarts) :) 🍂👻🧹

It's such a cute, historical walkable town. I bet living there was so much fun. Is there night life there? bars, ect? I didn't see any but I was curious about it. I'll definitely visit those spots you mentioned next time!! I unfortunately had really bad experiences at every place I went to there for food / drinks. I ended up getting food poisoning 😭😭😭

@@justlanchen I am so sorry to hear you got food poisoning; there is nothing worse! You definitely need to know where to go when it comes to food. There is not really much of a night life in Salem - there are a few bars, like the Bit Bar and the Village Tavern, but for the most part, everything closes down by like 9:00 p.m. (you would be better off traveling into Boston on the commuter rail to experience a true night life). Salem is definitely better for visiting the shops and experiencing the small town vibe - although as it gets closer to Halloween, the whole town will become like a street party (the weekend of Halloween is always insane). I hope you get a chance to go back at some point.
