What do they cook in Germany then? Katka will show us! Beef with rosehip and pumpkin sauce and brown rice, I'm sure everyone will like it. We prepare the main course and the side dish at the same time in the Salente Cuco multifunctional pot and in 30 minutes we are ready!
Ingredients:
Beef
Bacon
finely chopped onion
pumpkin
broth
white wine
brown rice
rosehip jam
spices: salt, pepper, bay leaf, Piedmont and juniper
Procedure:
First, we turn on our multi-function fryer. Then we pour olive oil into the pot and sear the meat on both sides. Now remove the meat and add the finely chopped onion and bacon to the pot and saute. Then add the roughly chopped pumpkin and pour in the white wine. Add the rosehip jam and season with salt and pepper, bay leaves, piemonte and juniper. Now pour in the stock and add the meat. Now put the trivet in the pot and place the washed and salted rice in the multi-purpose pot. Close it and set the device to the "BEANS" programme. After 30 minutes, remove the rice, meat and spices. Then switch on the "SAUTE" programme and add the brown stock. To soften, add the cream and stir.
