Today Petra will prepare Avocado spread with bear garlic. A quick and healthy snack full of vitamins that will stay fresh longer and keep its beautiful green colour thanks to the vacuum container. Spread on crusty bread, it's a treat.
Ingredients:
avocado
3 cubes of gervé cheese
100g cheese
bear garlic with stalk
half a teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 white yoghurt
100ml vegetable whipped cream
salt
Procedure:
Put all the ingredients in a vacuum container and suck out the air. Then blend and a delicious spread is ready. Salt to taste.
