Hi Shrey - what if no reject action is mentioned in the first approval step and 2nd action is having reject action but the approver rejected in the 1st action only? What will happen in this case?

Hi I was learning approval process and I had a scenario that.. When a field is blank in the record then I should not be able to submit the approval. I tried using isblank(expression) formula in entry criteria. but still whatever value I give in that field I'm able to submit my approval. But ideally when field is blank I mustn't be able to submit for approval. Can you guide me on how to achieve this.

In approval step number 2 .I'm getting option of else (go to next step or approve record) . In your lecture there was no such option at step 2 .what should I do? Please help in this

What are two good use cases for a Salesforce approval process? Choose 2 answers A. A sales process that involves approval to a queue member for all Opportunities and an additional approval by a Sales VP for Opportunities over a certain amount B. A sales process where the approval manager is randomly assigned from a public group of managers and a second approval by the Sales VP. C. A sales process where the first level approval can be denied and automatically routed to the Sales VP for final approval. D. sales process that involves approvals for all Opportunities by a Sales VP where a Sales VP is allowed to delegate their approval to someone else. can you please explain how option "C" is possible? how can we do that in approval process?

How to branch approval process based on request types? For eg: All request should be routed to Admins first If request is of type "Bugs, Data Load" then Admin are final reviewers if approve : Final Approval actions i.e : update field to approved if reject : Final Rejection actions : i.e : update field to deferred If request is of type "New Feature Request" then pass to User X if approve : send email, and final approver actions if reject : final rejection actions If request is of type "Data Integration" then pass to IT team if approve : send emails & final approval actions if reject : final rejection action Problem is I fear that criteria I created in step 2 after admins for New Feature Request, in step 3 only these records will go to next but what about the records of "Data Integration" , they should be directly routed to IT team after admins in step 1
