1. First of all Put your laces through the first two eyelets. Make sure both ends of the lace are even;
2. Take the string in the first eyelet on the left and thread it into the second one on the right through the two holes in the tongue of the sneakers;
3. Take the string in the first eyelet on the right and thread it into the second one on the left through the two holes in the tongue of the sneakers;
4. Keep going until you reach the final eyelets;
5. Take the top left lace and thread it through the top right eyelet;
6. Then take the top right lace and thread it through the top left eyelet;
7. Adjust the laces to the length you need.

1. Wrap the laces around the first finger of your lower hand;
2. Cross the lace ends over the wrap and pinch them under your thumb;
