Can't be understated enough, "CLEAN AS YOU GO!" My mom got me on that and it saves time, headache and most of all, cleaning!.. if u do it while its cooking, you're free to be later on. 👍🏾

Wow, this looks so good. Unfortunately, I love them earthy mushrooms but my kids don't, so I sneak mushroom powder into my cornstarch slurry. Love this bc as a self taught, excellent cook, I clean as I go. All that is left 2 be done after dinner is 2 wash up the dinner dishes, sweep (with a straw broom), mop the floor and go to bed bc there are no leftovers from Salisbury steak. AB, liver and onions with rice and onion/tomato gravy sounds good for the next vid, if u haven't already.
