Take a break from competition and fall back in love with running for running sake vs running for winning sake. Reconnect with friends, nature and yourself and stop watching the clock and km for a while.....

Think that one runner is suffering from 11 hours on the trail, maybe with high altitude causing low brain oxygen...he is talking about ham and cheese on his moustache! See 9:23.
