My 2023 Cassidy C SLX squeaks and creaks at the pivot points in the frame unless the bolts and bearings have been removed and freshly cleaned. Is this normal? It's really loud. Love the bike other than all the noise.

A bit of WD40 on the shock mount at the stroke end of the shock will take care of that.
