I went to his restaurant in Dallas and we had a good conversation with him ..he is very nice guy.. he explained how hard he is working day and night to keep consistency and top quality food at his restaurants around the world!! Honestly it was the best steak I have ever had in my life but at the same time it was the most expensive one as well!! We paid around $2500 for 4 people!! I'm going with my wife to his restaurant in Beverly hills Los Angeles next week 😊😊😋😋
