Hazel of the Rootbloom has been spoiled as the leader of the Squirreled Away precon from the upcoming Magic the Gathering set Bloomburrow! In this video, Nathan takes a look at various avenues to brew with Hazel of the Rootbloom including squirrel tribal, treasures and aristocrats, and populate abilities. Hazel allows for a big mana generator in the command zone which can lead to explosive late game plays. Is it good enough to compete with Chatterfang Squirrel General? Only time will tell!
