Austrian-born, Manchester-based producer salute never fails to head up the party with his classic 4/4 beats, recently weaving his way into the realms of UKG with his latest singles ‘Want U There’ and ‘Feel The Same’. salute’s appetite for dubstep, R&B, jazz and gospel have all influenced his current sound, which is now taking the UK dance scene by storm.
At just 24-years-old, the producer has already delivered two albums - ‘My Heart’ and ‘Condition’, the latter being a three-part record released gradually throughout 2018 and 2019.

Not without vinyl though. . I don't know, just doesn't have the same sound.. The digital has made it easier to carry around and obtain music but that's it at the sacrifice or origin versions of the tracks, bonus only on vinyl mixes and the eq curve not to mention the difference in pitch the vinyl sounds like when changing compared to digital sample stretching. That last bit I mentioned is why sounds different I feel. . There's a set on boiler rooms a dj mixing dubstep vinyl, everyone going mad in the club not because the dj is amazing as such, it's because the vinyl sound cuts through hard, bass and snares.. Nice set though, ffs one more thing, the raas ting is fast, get up now and dance how you would back in day at a club, you see.. lol

when you guys mix what are your three main techniques? I tend to just stick to dropping the bass out of one, or the filter up on the one I'm bringing in, or I'll just do the old volume fade. Would love some other simple ones, i'm new to this

Almost every day dj that plays these types of sets and tbh any big set at a festival is almost always planned and they know exactly when to que in the next song and have lots of time to practice. If it it was all done just live with preparation it wouldn’t sound as good and well constructed
