I know Camron is going to be mad that we saw her on the channel but please tell her that she did a wonderful job spotting the young lady that was up in the air. That builds team work coming from a former cheerleader and coach myself. She is doing a great job! The more she practice, her flips and jumps will get better and stronger. Cheerleader is my game! I love it. Pegi, I feel like you. I wish we could go back to those innocent days. Cheerleading made my tiny voice develop. I was so shy and introverted but you couldn’t tell me nothing when I put that jumper or skirt on with the black and whites. 😂

Hi Ms Pegi! My birthday is 7/3. I'll be 48. My birthday was celebrated with the 4th all of my childhood. When I turned 30 I decided to no longer celebrate on the 4th. Well last year I officially put my birthday back with the 4th. It's just easier lol. Glad to see you're back!!❤

So funny about eating out. We found some pretty good spots in St Louis, but generally you're correct... the prices and the quality... not the best. We put 'mindful eating' on our Summer to Remember list' and we're really making those choices when we go out to share meals, order salads and to focus on 'local specialties'...not eat out all the time. Here in Springfield a local favorite is a 'Horseshoe'....we've had one at the best spot in town (as recommended at the visitor center and locals) and we'll try a breakfast one...and that's it for the horseshoe! Chili is another Springfield Illinois local food... we had some AMAZING chili at the Motorhead...we split it... it was yummy and that's it. You and Don keep up the great focus! Happy Summertime!

That was great! So much fun!! The smoothie looked great! Have you tried adding spinach, peanut butter powder, and oatmeal in it? I usually grind the oatmeal first to make it less chunky. Also, when you go to Disney (or Jacksonville), try Chef Art Smith’s Homecoming at Disney Springs. He was Oprah’s chef. Anyway, the Key West shrimp cocktail is amazing! Mangos Don!! It has mango’s and avocados in it!
