I can't even describe how crippling those "thoughts" are when you have them and how impossible it is to explain them. When I was a teenager, I used to ignorantly call people cowards and selfish who followed through on those thoughts it and now years on struggling with those thoughts myself every day and knowing how exhausting just living can be I feel really ashamed for saying stuff like that. As a dad of two kids, I actually wrote a letter for them just a couple of weeks ago, you know, just in case. Thanks again, seriously.
